Just above my worn-out old desk right here within my timeworn and aging living room, hangs several wee depictions of “Famous Old Americans” – men without whom, this great nation of ours might never have come to exist? And no, there is no idolatry in paying a little respect to these magnificent individuals, without whom our gallant nation might never have come to be?

“Giants, actually, whose tenets, edicts and even deeds will live on for as long as words like freedom, independence, liberty, respect and justice prevail upon this continent!”

“Oh, what monuments to our way of life these individuals truly were”, and for as long as their names, their deeds. and their memories are revered and uttered among those who also respect our freedoms and those liberties that far too many of us now take for granted, along with those who risked and even sacrificed their mortal lives in our defense, then “This One Nation”, conceived and perfected under ‘God’ and Liberty, can not ever fail, nor even falter! For we are indeed the mightiest of countries, you and I, and for as long as we keep the faith, hold the line, and keep our ammunition dry, any despot (or tyrant) who dares to test our metal, will most certainly come up upon the short end of the stick, and that is a fact!

Granted, greed and avarice will always be with us – for such is the nature of mankind! But for as long as we stand fast, toe the line, and never say die, any thug, despot, or even villain who dares to try us on for size, will quickly discover the folly of their ways! For we are indeed the mighty and indefatigable “United States of America”, and any bastion of human society, who dares to test our might, or our prowess, will quickly discover that they have bitten-off far more than they can ever chew!

Or as “Old Teddy Roosevelt” (Our Twenty-Sixth President) once said: “Speak Softly, but carry a big stick” and our stick is bigger than A Giant Redwood, mightier than The Wide Missouri and far more tempestuous than any nation ever to exist upon the face of this entire planet – and that is a fact!

“We can indeed be a stalwart ally, but always remember this, we can also be a vengeful foe to all of our international enemies who dare to trample upon our sovereignty, besmirch our honor or who even dares to challenge our magnificent and time tested pride and dignity!”

And so it is and with “God’s Help and Guidance”, so it will forever remain and prevail!!
