Default Ex marine norman boike

I am posting a message to let anyone who might have known Norman Boike, awarded the Purple Heart after seeing action in Oran in North African on board HMS Hartland, along with my father who was in the Royal Navy, that Norman has sadly passed away on 4 January 2010. Memorial service takes place today in Grand Rapids and his ashes will be buried in the Spring at the National Cemetary down in Battle Creek, where there will be a full military service.
