Default 500 birds fall from sky at one time; fish die nearby

Well, while they are checking this out, and trying to figure out why ...

Will they consider where the pockets of dispersants are from those sprayed over & pumped into the Gulf of Mexico?

That would be about 1 million gallons of 2-butoxyethanol which made up 30-60% of Corexit used (depending upon which version)

Just get that into your eyes, and you really would have 'bird' flu

"More than 1.3 million gallons of dispersants have been sprayed into the Gulf since April 20, according to the Deepwater Horizon Unified Command linking companies and government agencies responding to the spill." Source

Parker v. Nalco Co., 2:10-cv-01749, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana (New Orleans)

What Denny Kelso said in 1989 about use of dispersants
