Stressed Out?
Stress is a killer. It has been shown that prolonged stress is responsible
for high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney problems, stroke, and numerous other health problems. If you don't know your current stress level you are at significant risk of dropping dead at your keyboard while simply *reading this post* so I have come here this morning to provide a link for everyone to a simple visual test which is said to determine your current stress level. The instructions for viewing this simple test are on the link: http://www.bblmedia.com/sports/stress.html Be sure you follow instructions. If the test shows your stress level to be higher than is safe you should have a glass of warm milk and immediately proceed with deep breathing exercises until you calm down some. Then, as the link suggests, consider taking things a little easier in the future. Good luck. -- Don Thompson "The only stupid questions are those that should have been asked, but weren't, or those that have been asked and answered over and over, but the answers not listened to." They fly off the handle so fast you'd think they were fight their shadows. I'll call it "Internet Battle Fatigue." And the profanity they use! I remember as a childish young punk, that was the only way you knew how to express yourselves. It boosted your ego and made you stand out in a crowd, made you respected, put you higher up in the pecking order and not the laughingstock. It was motherfuck this, motherfucker that. After a while you grew up, learned that you were no longer the childish young punk, you could be respected without refering to your fucking mother and left all that behind you. Some here are still searching for respect. -- Lifetime member MOPH http://www.purpleheart.org/ Remove the "A" to reply. |

Re: Stressed Out?
Damn, according to that test, I have been a "dead woman walking" for
over 30 years. And if I don't fall dead at this key board before the November elections, it will be a miracle. Donna Long "Don T" > Stress is a killer.
