Default Ron...

Maybe so?

But, maybe both GM and America's
strangely foreign-favoring FREE TRADE
policies worldwide,...are also to blame?

Hey,...maybe if American Companies
could unload all the products they like
abroad, as foreign companies do here,...
things might be different?

Whatever, certainly can't blame
Americans for paying less for anything
while acquiring a better product,...and
in some cases even 10 YEAR WARRANTEES!!!

I cant say for sure, I read where alot of the American made cars are actually made in Canada and Mexico. I do know when Toyota put that big factory in Prinston Indiana. It created over 8000 jobs. with an expansion project planned for 2008

Canada is the number one producer of "American Made" cars and trucks, Mexico is second!

Thumbs down

Sids big diesel Dodge truck was assembled in Mexico. Rumor has it the fly wheel in my Harley was made in Mexico. The Doraville GM assembly plant here is one of the plants being closed. Built in 1947 it will close in 08. 2,900 workers are currently employed there.

Did some more research. GM has 25 plants in Mexico.....08 is a long time and alot can happen in 2 years. I know one of the concerns was wages which GM is trying to lower.

Default Cars

I've got a Buick Regal GS. Have no idea where it was made. Just bought it cause it's a nice shade of red and it's rather fast. A poney car for middle aged guys.

Stay healthy,
Andy

Default Mustang

Is made in The USA alway has been, Should do more research.

I think its a good thing that GM is heading down the bankrup road. Go ahead buy your Jap Crap. The vehicle might be made in America but the money goes to Japan, They are just useing you.

Ford owners are a little more loyal than that.
