The ?United States and Russia?, working in concert to learn everything there is to know about (So-Called) ?DIRTY BOMBS?, have been secretly screwing around with one of the very culprits that we fear the most - ?Conventional Bombs That Scatter Cell-Killing Radioactive Elements and Waste!?

Of course, in this joint, anything but ?Mutually Assured Destruction Experimentation Program?, we (USA and the Ruskies) are using ?Aping-Elements? that disperse like the real (people-killing) things! In reality, however, the core of our ?Faux (test) Bombs? are fairly safe and non-toxic, or so it is said by the ?Powers That Be!?

Now wouldn?t it be grand if the (former) Reds would also co-operate in putting an end to their (Russia, France, and Germany?s) mutual trading partnership with Saddam Hussein!? ?Or could it possibly be that there are still some in Russia who would trade the results of this testing to Iraq for a few $$, a barrel of crude, and a firm reach-around!
