If You Are in the Atlanta Area this Weekend:

On Sunday evening, November 9, 2003, at 6:00PM, there will be a salute to Veterans entitled "Let Freedom Ring" at the Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta. Yours truly, Bob Babcock, is the narrator for the program. I heard the music and saw the visuals during rehearsal on Wednesday night, they are fantastic. If you are around and can make it, you will walk away with an even stronger feeling of patriotism than you currently have. Featured speaker will be LTG (Ret) Alonzo Short, Jr.

Thanks for the heads up Top but already headed to the Legion in Buford that night. Going to celebrate my Marine friends birthday and an early salute to the Corps birthday. Been sharpening my boot knife all week ! Next time you go to visiting Danny stop by Atlanta and I'll buy you a beer. Welcome Home.
