Seems unemployed mexicans have filed for unemployment benefits, in the mean time they have been caught and sent back to mexico, The california unemployment agency is sending the unemployment checks to them in Mexico. WTF

At least in this State, the Employer pays into a State fund on a per employee basis and those eligible for unemployment compensation have to have actually been employed. Apparently, California doesn?t require legitimate employment but without even knowing how it works, it?s a sure bet that the funding source is legitimate employers and employees via some sort of payroll tax or other funding extraction mechanism. Legitimate Employers and Employees pay the freight and no small wonder Cal is experiencing a continuing exodus of legitimate Employers, Employees and retiring people.

I have personally seen corporate directives from some of the International bigies that mandate curtailment of any further employment infrastructure additions in Cal and functions unnecessary to being in Cal are being relocated at warp speed. Sign of the times I suppose, and further evidence that the physical laws that state that there is no such thing as a ?free lunch? are accurate.

It could be that just showing up in Cal is sufficient qualification for unemployment compensation; it?s that way for welfare subsidies, so maybe sending unemployment compensation Mexico is a normal practice, or a function of personal ?honorariums? paid to State Employees. In terms of the pot calling the kettle black, the LA County welfare agencies are skimming and fraudulently allocating at the rate of an estimated $2 Billion a year. But they say they have mild corruption problems as compared to State agencies. :ek:

Not sure Pelosi can be tagged for the Cal debacle as yet, but in her 8th District, street people, panhandlers, the addicted, the indigents, etc., get run out of town post haste and shown what the ?not welcome? sign looks like, perhaps the illegals get the bums rush also, dont' know.
Maybe the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge need to be renamed ?Bring Money Bridge?, 1 and 2. And of course the SF Mayor does his own thing and gives the finger to the rest of the State and to the State legislative process.

California is the only state that gets more money from the federal government then it pays in. Every other state could be its own country except California.
