Default Morning Coffee
After all the years I have spent on this site, I am finally going to meet a fellow member face to face today. Am going to meet splummer for coffee this morning. Turns out we only live about 15 minutes away from each other.

Who knows, maybe we will turn into, Batman and Robin or is that John and Sid of the Northland!

Am pretty excited to finally be meeting someone from the site, can not wait until April!!

Thats great Trav. Be sure to ask him how lucky he was to be in Hue when all that bad stuff was going on in Way in 68. Still smile about that one !

Just got back from meeting with splummer (Steve) and had the best time. We relived our salad days and solved almost every single problem the world has.

LT...he showed me a short video one of his LT's made from Vietnam and it had several scenes from Hue on it. Will have to convince him to show me the whole video.

Bob...splummer is green with envy of all of us getting together. Said he would not be able to swing it this year but is hoping to make it next year!

Again...the best couple of hours I have had in a long time. It is very nice having someone from the site so close. We agreed to meet again soon and maybe even gulp down a barley pop or two. Who would have ever thunk it? Vets getting together to drink! Damn disgraceful if you ask me!!!!
