This will always be a problem with our judicial system.
If the judge doesn't put a gag order on the case, the media frenzy will be rediculous.

Even with a gag order I was always amazed at how often lawyers on Both sides would leak info. It made them friends in the press which was always important for a lawyer who saw himself/herself running for office in the future. Don't know if I ever saw a gag order that actually worked. Maybe it slowed the flow but didn't stop it.
