Post Every Friday or Saturday Hike!
Every Friday or Saturday I take a hike up a little Mountain Peak called Manastash Ridge. Its 2.2 miles and 2,000 ft elevation gain. It takes me about 2 hours to complete the trip up and down. Its part of my exercise regiment to loose weight. I now have lost close to 115 lbs. Some pics from the hike today.
