Those of you who were betting that George Bush would create a last minute crisis in order to take over the country...sorry! Better luck next time!

Those of you who are worried that Obama is a secret Muslim who is out to destroy the USA...you can put on your tinfoil hats now.

On this day we fervently hope and trust that Washington D.C. has enough porta-potties.

Let us be truly THANKFUL on this day, that we are not working for the Secret Service.

Even though no doubt an obvious Ignauguration Day, from what seen so far on TV such
seems more so like one-helluva-biggest Souvenir Selling Coronation or Ordination Days,...EVER.

Wonder if Today is as big-a-deal of great celebration in Indonesia, Kenya & Middle East, ALSO?

Whatever,...betcha both his Kenyan & Indonesian grandparents & Obama's large extended
families & old mullah (before supposed conversion to Christianity) are just as pleased as punch,
and all cheerfully & leftist singing: "Happy Days Are Here Again"?

The above seems quite sensible & logical believing, Rigger. Don't you think?

Since you both brought up that absurdly high 170 MILLION DOLLAR pissing-away (much of it from U.S. Taxpayer and/or Public Funds) grandeos figure up,...perhaps either one of you (or both?) can tell us here whether any other kings or queens on earth ever spent so much for their coronations, before? I can't think of any others.

While at it, do you know of any other royalty in the world personally ever benefitting so-
damn-much from shirts, souvenirs, coins & miscellaneous memorabilia,...as our new King &
World Saviour Barack Hussein Obama II or Jr. obviously has & will?
I can't think of any other rich rulers getting so easily much richer, either.

If you include coronations of kings and queens in the list, then Obama doesn't even rank in the top ten.

Just in Britain alone, the coronations of George IV, Queen Victoria, George V, and George VI involved the creation of some rather expensive crowns and sceptres which now constitute a goodly portion of the British Crown Jewels.

The Imperial State Crown created for George VI's coronation includes 2,868 diamonds (including the 317 carat Cullinan II diamond), 273 pearls, 17 sapphires, 11 emeralds, and five rubies (including the 170 carat Black Prince ruby).

The value of the two largest stones in this crown alone would probably be in excess of 300 million US dollars.

We probably should be thankful that we don't do Crown Jewels in this country and we can simply refer to the man as "Mr. President".
