Iraqi Chief Information Officer takes over Iraqi Asset Management Program

It's been a five year journey, but when Navy Cmdr. Stephany Hartstirn handed the set of CDs to Dr. Ali Taresh, the Iraqi Ministry of Defense Chief of Information officer, Iraq was one step closer to managing its own assets.
