Why does mankind have to be constantly convinced of his own righteousness? And why are their people on both sides of the spectrum who are willing to fight in defense of their views? Is this not how wars are begun, and also how empires - ever since the inception of mankind are toppled?

The willingness of humanity to fight and to suffer for their beliefs has been echoed in their willingness to wage war upon anyone, or anything that even remotely threatens the existence of their ideology! “And in this quest, millions of people have been martyred!”

And right or wrong, the direction of entire civilizations have been altered, and even destroyed, by those who were willing to die in defense of their own beliefs! And granted, there are those bodies of mankind who have needed alterations in their way of thinking and the performance of humanity, but it must also be recognized that the innocent die as well - when “The Dogs of War” are unleashed upon the world! And in this respect, how many great men and great women have been lost to humanity in times past? This is certainly something to ponder, as only a fool could not realize that in times of mortal conflict - “Death Itself Chooses - No Sides or Allies!!”
