I can't do red meat. I like my fish, bacon and pork just touched to the grill then pulled off. If it counts.

Hold it over the flame until the red turns slightly brown. Flip it on the other side until the red goes away there to.
Serve it.
All that red inside is good juices and flavor.
Tried it over a match once but those juices kept snuffing out the match. Can?t find any of those good match sticks anymore.

Anybody ever try those No Name Steaks? I haven't seen them in the stores yet but I just wonder if they are that good and why they say you can't ruin them?

Default Good Food

Steak medium, with a little Cajun spices, some mushrooms and onions on it. Don?t seem to eat most anything rare out there, too many germs.

Stay healthy,
Andy

Default Filet,...

...or T-bone,...

...extreeeemly hot/fast broil , searing the outside, sealing in all the juices, medium rare to medium, a moderate hint of garlic with a brown mustard smear in the fork reminders for tenderness added with the mushrooms/onions smothering the top,...

...thick cut, let the flames dance,...
