Daily Definition Change
First we have the homosexuals wanting to change the centuries-old definition of "marriage," wanting instead to include he-he, she-she, he-goat, she-dog unions in their definitional debauchery, and now, here comes another group wanting their 15 mnutes of fame.
Each year, nearly 1 million foreigners unlawfully sneak into the United States. But don?t call them "illegal aliens" because that's the moral equivalent of a racial slur, according to the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials. Let's examine the term: are they not illegally here? Are they not foreign and not native born? Did anybody ever bother to pick up a dictionary? "We do find that term very offensive and liken it to the 'n' word as well," GALEO Executive Director Kerry Gonzalez said, referring to the derogatory term used to describe black people. Gonzalez is urging Georgia lawmakers to use the term "undocumented workers" when referring to foreigners who enter the United States. But immigration control advocates say it's just an attempt to use political correctness for political gain. While racial epithets are used to harm the innocent, the word "illegal" describes those who break the law. "When we have public discourse we have to talk about illegal aliens. After all, U.S. law refers to all of these people sneaking into our country as illegal aliens," said Phil Kent of the American Immigration Control Foundation.

Interesting Observation
Listening to the two towering Johnnies, Kerry and Edwards, trying to explain their way out of the bag posed by the debate moderator about the issue of homosexual marriage, one gets the distinct impression that neither has ever read the US Constitution. And in case anybody here has their email address, you might ask them to read Article IV, Section 1, which states, "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state..." One might rightly interpret that section as requiring the State of New Jersey, for example, to accept, not except, the marriage of homosexual people in Masssachusetts as being legal in New Jersey, when in fact, New Jersey may object to such unions. For a politician to lamely imply that "it's a matter best left up the States..." is to revel in his own ignorance.
And now, to the definitional change de' juer: under current and accepted definitions, "water" is constituted by two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen. Now along comes the atom of iron, and proclaiming that it is being discriminated against by the Union of Hygrogen and Oxygen Atoms - pickets, screams, whines and protests that it too should be included in this union, and successfully has natural definitions, natural law, and common sense set aside, abrogated and emasculated, so that henceforth and forever more, the definition of water shall be required to include the atom of iron. Stay tuned, gentle readers, as maybe next week, some poor put-upon praticitioner of bigamy will require the definition of marriage to be amended yet one more time, allowing him to marry all twelve of his fourteen year old 2nd cousins. Ahh, yes, the Pandorra's Box open wide, either for all the demons of the world to escape, or for all the fools to fall in to.
