Have you ever stopped to ponder whether or not all of those illustrious gentlemen and ladies of times-yore, those people who were historically credited with the creations that have made our nation truly illustrious in times past, were actually the creators or the authors of all of the works that they were credited for? Or do you genuinely believe that all of these great men and women were actually the brains behind each and every design, creation and achievement that they were credited with?

Now this is a thought that has vexed me for years and even though I am not impugning the honor, or the creativity, of these people (and I surely hope that I am in error) but judging from what has been exposed of late, I have to genuinely wonder if some long expired and magnificent brain of yore was the actual genius behind a few of these wonderful creations? I mean, after all, people were really no different back in times of yore, than they are now, don’t you think? And the lust for fame, recognition and even fortune has been with us since Cain Brained Able, all of those many millennia ago!?

So here is a shout-out and a cry of well done, to all of those forgotten geniuses, creators and inventors, whose names and deeds are now known but to ‘God Himself!” I, for one, truly appreciate your deeds, your brains, your sweat, the sacrifices, and the ingenuity that went into your creations! For without men and women like you, mankind might still be locked within the primordial stone ages!? You are all to be applauded and hailed for what you have achieved, even if only ‘God’ and you know what you have accomplished!?''

Where's the America I remember?

Note: A great post HC - But I think with all the waring that is still going on
in the States and around the globe and those that were lost waring in other
nations and those that are mass killed within the US at this time -
Something is Very Un-American & Wrong with these constant issues.

Immigration is on overload - what do they bring to our Country other than to
keep from being killed - I would imagine.

Our current situation is currently being tested to the extremes of late.
-
It won't be long before nukes start to fly I'd say within the decade if we're
lucky (and not sooner).

The entire world order needs a reboot! All current leaders must step back
and see the picture of the end of days with their current waring.

Stone age once again with side effects from nuclear fallout.

Does having guns make you feel better or will just shoot anyone
you don't like?

I've seen waring like so many before me - its nothing new for
those that served.

The world we knew is unstable and run by madmen.
-
For my future great-grandkid's - to whom I don't know as yet -
will find a world that has gone MAD! And find that there is no
stability in this entire planet.

Willpower is short supply today - and it makes many uneasy!

All those in power play the CYA game (cover their ass). They
never have enough - and never give enough to resolve the
issues we have today. They are self-evident and always know
better than those that put them in office supposedly to
show improvements and not this crap that's going on today!

For many of us "it's watch your back" - you never know who
will do you harm - which is one hell of way to live - I'd say!

Trust is lacking - in almost everyone in office today!

God Bless America - from what's left of her as she suffers
distress from the ongoings of the few and suffering of the
masses.
