Bush said, "My fellow Americans, major combat operations in Irag have ended. In the battle of Irag, the United States and our allies have prevailed."

April 30, 2004

Bush said, "A year ago, I did give the speech from the carrier, saying that we had achieved an important objective, that we had accomplished a mission."

I note here a "flip-flop". He didn't say, "we had achieved an important objective" year ago.

So who is also good at flip-floping.?

Make sense to me! I just love it when anyone, especially a politico, says or does something, then denies culpability! The only problem is, when they screw-up, people usually die, where-as, they merely brandish a Cheshire grin and go on like nothing happened!

Tell that to the loved ones of those contained within those cold, black body bags, shipped home in the dead of night, with as little to damage political ambition as possible!

"Again, this is not only a political thing, it is a matter of real loss!!" Loss of American life, loss of national face, and a loss of honor and trust. But then, far too many politicos have more than one face anyway!

The problem is that our kids have lost all - life, potential, future, and existence itself. Whereas, the top dog(s) have merely lost a photo-op aboard yet another carrier, bedecked in someone else's flight gear and their own honorless lies!

"Where there is no truth, there is no honor!" And for those who continue to believe (swallow) or follow any liar, their fate too, may also be sealed in sorrow and woe!
