Ron, why is it that as soon as someone says something then the first thing that you reply is "My dog's better than your dog?"
The point of the matter is that you might well be able to get a great deal but can you get that same deal for everybody else?
Not going to get into an argument about it, it's just an offer.
Rule of thumb is 2% below dealer invoice and the dealer has to show you his invoice.
Best buy is a car or truck ordered by the buyer to be built for that buyer since the vehicle will go down the assembly line with a tag that will identify that vehicle as an employee ordered vehicle.

Thanks for the offier, really. I can buy the viehicle for what the dealer pays, including all rebates and that dealer rebate at the end of the year they get per vehicle. The emplyees can't buy them for that.

Recently sent to Ford Customer Service, Purchase Programs office.
"It was my pleasure to work for Ford for 32 years and retire in 1996. My retirement, at 49 years of age was due to disabilities that I received in Vietnam while still on the roles of Ford Motor Co. in 1968. Since I retired I have been rated at 100% service connected disabled by the Veterans Administration and as a result I will be a Sp(eck) 4, E-4 in the United States Army until the day I die but have become quite involved in "veterans affairs" especially those affecting disabled veterans. My question is this, since the company offers a $500 "Military Appreciation Bonus" to active duty personnel, why can't that bonus be extended to those who are and will be giving to their nation for the rest of their lives? I believe it would be a real feather in the cap of Ford Motor Company to offer such an incentive to all disabled veterans.
Since I'm a retiree I already have incentives to buy Ford but there's an entire group of patriots deserving of more.
