Its been snowing!
We had big blast of Artic Air come through with some warm moist Pacific air which equals snow. First snow of the season, whoopee!
Shoveled the 1/2 inch or so off the back side walk. Anyone else out there had snow yet? Keith |

We had snow, I think it was 1982, about 1 inch. That year I bought a winter coat, still got it.

It?s threatening. Yesterday we had a southerly wind and it was hot and smoky from the fires 400-600 miles south, choke-choke. Overnight the wind shifted to the north and we got a cold front with huge black cloud formations, it got mighty cold this AM and it looks like time to baton down the hatches.

None yet but its comin! After 30 years I finally bought a used snow blower (two-stage). 2.5 garage and drive makes for alot of shoveling and my wife and I both just about die when we get the big ones.
I told her the damn thing probably won't start when I need it and I will be out there shoveling two or three times a night until I get it done. Have a back ache for about three hours after that shoveling episode. Gotta go back to the VA tomorrow for more test. Last test weren't so good. They want more blood to check out a bad reading - I feel this stress coming on!! Oh well you can't live forever. Today its 70ish - weather is nuts. Must be all those solar flares of late or just climate warming. Winter's haven't been what they used to be lately - but who knows maybe the big one is coming this year?
