54th Anniversary of the first Vietnam War Medal of Honor

Today marks the 54th anniversary of the Department of the Army General Order 1964-41 awarding the Medal of Honor to Special Forces Capt. Roger H.C. Donlon. Donlon was the first Soldier to receive the medal during the Vietnam War.
