Question Old Timers Disease

I have a Question. When does one know when they are suffering from Old Timers Disease? This is my delema. All year I have been waiting for hunting season to start. Well maybe i should have read the game laws, seems the power that be have decided to have some fun with my brain. The muzzle loading deer season always started the day after thanksgiving. But this year it started on the 22nd and ends on december 3rd. So far my hunting season has concisted of beautiful sunny days with tempatures in the sixtys. which is very strange for washington, The Valleys and low lands were socked in with a cold fog. but up in the mountians is was sunny and warm and so far I haven't seen one deer, But I did see a herd of Elk. OH well I have two more days to hunt close to home then I really have to scan the game laws for a place to fill my freezer. Shoot I hate change I don't do change very well. :re:

When you have Oldtimers

You lose two things: your memory and I forgot the other thing.

Talking We always have a Community Thanksgiving Service.

Chris,

The Community Thanksgiving Service is always at 7 PM the day before Thanksgiving. However, the ministerial association changed it to the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving. It was published in our minutes but I announced to our congregation that it would be at the standard time and place. Well I got the place and time right but the day was wrong. I had a lot of explaining to do to my congregation who showed up for a service at the community center and it was closed.

I just chaulked it up to Old Timers Disease. In reality Chris we made an assumption on the same - o, same - o. I didn't read the minutes and you didn't read the game laws. We is getting old!

Chris,
I reckon it?s the density of magnetic polar lines of force at those northern latitudes that cause memory issues. Why heck, down here I can remember exactl??er, hmmm. What the heck was I talking about anyway? :cd: But aside from that issue, perhaps we get too zoon alt, too late schmart.

CRS disease took over in my late 20's after I got out of the army!it has worsened as I get older and it upset me so much until I find out my 16 year old grandson already has it! Oh well, people are catching it at a younger age these days. What's happening to this younger generation?

An old doctor told me the difference between forgetfullness and "Oldtimers" is: If you forget where you put your keys thats OK, but if you forget what there used for,you got it!
