?ABSOLUTE PROOF? - What about that is not to understand?!

Now tell me again - ?What in the Hell would happen if you, a common, everyday guy or gal, falsified (lied) under oath!? Good-bye freedom, good-bye reputation, good-bye career!!

Yet, when a few elements of the Veterans Administration, all the way from the RO up to VA Olympus, cavalierly swore an oath to God and Country, and then promptly lied like Hell, the ears, brains and honor of people in a position to address this disgrace, closed up tighter that a bull?s-butt in fly time! ?WHY??

Is the law merely a ?Take It or Leave It Convenience? to certain contemptible powers that be? Is it only the little guy that is mandated to obey the law, intent and letter? With position and title, as well as the bartering away of one?s soul, does one attain immunity from said laws? ?Apparently, in some quarters, that is exactly what happens!!"

Could you imagine the sorry state of affairs if any of you out there could perjure themselves at will under sworn deposition, and then merely sidestep the heat when your dishonor and betrayal was made public? Well, I am here to tell you again that this is exactly what happened at a VARO back in 2002, and I can prove it! Problem is that no one in power wants to hear it (To many of their own skeletons I fear), all the way from VA Central in DC, down to the Local ROs! ?Now how?s that for truth and justice - the truth will set you free indeed??

Again, this charge is nothing new. What is interesting, however, is the fact that a system that goes out of it?s way to smite the bad guys, goes totally deaf and dumb, when it is one (or more) of their own who takes a giant dump into the faces of Lady Liberty and our Uncle Sam!!

A criminal usually commits his crime and vanishes, whereas the liar's deeds continue to inflict damage until the day arrives when the lie is accepted as fact, and the liar rises in stature to a point where his foul deeds can afflict a larger segment of the population! And only then, when the filth of liars affect you directly, will most people scream aloud and wonder why no one is listening! "Alas, often too late, both for the victim(s) and for the soulless cads to whom truth meant less than nothing when compared to status, position, wealth, and the odious joy of inflicting damage and being accepted by his pathetic peers!!

You nailed-it good and proper with that: "...CAVALIERLY swore..." and stardardly acceptable beaurocracy reality, plus the comparison of how We: "The UN-Connected" and/or "We The (Schnooks)" must act ACCOUNTABLY & BY LAW,...whereas all actual oath takers in authority NEED NOT.

The unfortunate-bottom-line Friend, is that if any of: "We The (Schnooks)" mis-handled our own personal finanaces, and not even Public Trusts and/or Taxpayer Funds as many officials in authority quite normally and quite cavalierly do (year after year after year, and into infinity),..."WE" no doubt would do JAIL TIME.

All: "UN-Connected" hypocritical mismangers of trusts placed in their hands by others,....WOULD NOT be politically or journalistically debatted about, WOULD NOT "Pass Go" and "Collect $200", and would: "Go Directly to Jail".

Politicos, political appointees and beaurocrats apparently have some sort-off Papal Dispensation for abiding to any and all laws regulating and governing the rest of We American Fools?
The Clinton Era pretty-much proved that.
