Default What should Exxon's hearing before Supreme Court be?

Never have they touched on the added harm to the envioronment and the people who worked there in 1989 after GOOD Friday oil spill

The EVOS workers have the same health damage as soldiers of other eras

Photos, etc

Other Photos of the Exxon Valdez & Pontoon Boats, too

Same

'Heart Breaking'

15 years - 04

The Valdez Crud - Mother Jones article expanded

Who was Responsible for the Exxon Valdez oil spill?

Where is the Exxon Valdez today?

More about workers ... this is the Classic LA Times, 2001 article

Good Friday 1989 - Exxon Valdez Oil spill

Good Friday 1964 25 years earlier, the Earthquake

Easter is coming soon

Exxon has gone before the Supreme Court saying they spent 3.5 billion to clean up the spill,

and that they should not have to pay punitive damages.
Maybe they spent money harming our environment and the people, too l. making a bad matter worse!

the story penned by gulf war vet, Donny Richardson in 2000 & 'Paladin'
the story of Robin , a worker of the Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup, 1989
After oil, which does not seem to be a primary cause of harm, though it is harmful....
the only chemical exposure that is the same for gulf war vets and Exxon Valdez oil spill cleanup workers ... is 2-butoxyethanol.

Default should gulf vet researchers talk to me?

Dear Diann,
I agree the Supreme Court hearing should be much broader but
the Court has limited the hearing to Maritime Law.

A couple of days ago, the Army said that Gulf War Syndrome was
caused by three things -

sarin gas,

mosquito repellant,

and a shot given.

I think they should talk to you because it sounds like they are
coming up with this to stop the soldiers questions.

Mr P

Well, that would be novel, wouldn't it?

What they do not realize is that 2-butoxyethanol
and
2(2-butoxyethanol)

are also pesticides and the chemical in common use by civilians ... reason there is no more harm found in the gulf war vets ... than in the general pupulation

What I think should be before US Supreme Court -

not what is brought by Exxon
