Dear Diann, I agree the Supreme Court hearing should be much broader but the Court has limited the hearing to Maritime Law. A couple of days ago, the Army said that Gulf War Syndrome was caused by three things - sarin gas, mosquito repellant, and a shot given. I think they should talk to you because it sounds like they are coming up with this to stop the soldiers questions. Mr P Well, that would be novel, wouldn't it? What they do not realize is that 2-butoxyethanol and 2(2-butoxyethanol) are also pesticides and the chemical in common use by civilians ... reason there is no more harm found in the gulf war vets ... than in the general pupulation What I think should be before US Supreme Court - not what is brought by Exxon Would be Novel
