searching for Wilken Slen
Hi all,
I'm in possesion of a Zippo lighter with some engravings. The engraving says on the lid of the lighter 'Wilken Slen' . Some text on the body and beneath that it is signed Pleiku 70. So, basically all i know is that the original owner of the lighter is called Wlken Slen and served in Pleiku Vietnam around 1970. At this stage i'm in a blind and overwhelmed of the amount of veteran website's. Do you have any suggestion where i can continue my search for him or have anyone ever heard of him? My ultimate goal is to return the lighter to it's rightfull owner or his family who will value it way more then i do. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Regards, Marc van Buuren the Netherlands |

Wilken and Slen
Two unusual names,
Go to a nation wide data base of telephone numbers and put in Wilken Slen. Any Slen would probably be a realitive. Could be a German, Scandanavian, Slovic slang for: Welcome Home. Keith |
