As Time Rolls On - A Fool's Sunday Lament

Here it is, Sunday Morning, September 27, 2020, but this in itself is not truly amazing or even earthshaking, save for the fact that humanity is still embroiled in those endless little wars that may eventually initiate our very own death-knell?

It is truly amazing, however, that mankind has done precious damned little (that I know of), to eradicate all of this violent turmoil and war - save for trusting in the honor, and in the integrity, of some of its very own international leadership over the passing and bloody decades!

And failing to realize that some of “These Tremendously Empowered People” could be nothing more than what they genuinely were, we poor damned fools knew no better than to hate and to distrust, instead of to reason and to build upon those time-tested values that have served us well in the past?

“And so, unfortunately, it has always been within the societies of mankind that originated within the boiling, tumultuous and decaying moral cauldrons of our very own design and making!”

“I can only hope, however, that like a puff of noxious gas within the often raging winds of time that these systemic mental and moral illnesses that have often plagued the intellect of many of those who should have certainly known better, will also dissipate with the passage of time? And that the vile and debilitating illnesses of grief and warfare, will themselves, someday be eradicated from the face of the earth? “As So They Must Be!”
