Trump signs bill clearing way for DOD to recommend Medal of Honor for Alwyn Cashe

President Donald Trump on Friday signed a bill that waives a statute of limitations to present the highest military honor to Army Sgt. Alwyn Cashe, who died in 2005 while attempting to save fellow soldiers during a tour in Iraq.
