FORT STEWART, Ga. - Under the hot morning sun, individuals gathered on just one plot of the 475 acres that will house the new area for the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, to enclose their special bricks in a time capsule on the building, Aug, 18.
