Cannon Air Force Base
I don't know if anybody remembers that it was turned into an enclave until a new "mission" was found for it during the BRAC commision stuff.
They annouced finally the new mission there. If any are intrested here is a news article about it. http://www.kvii.com/news/news_story.aspx?id=11247 Everyone is excited there to have a AF Special Ops base.

I must be a real idiot I didn't even know of an AFB in New Mexico. But I'm glad that won't close. Where is this AFB in New Mexico.

Below is a map from a radar(quickest thing I could think of.) Its in Clovis.
Its close to here so its been all over the news.
