Angry help-gw vet
I need considerable help. The V.A. has met my disability app.
with some resistance. While at Safewan, Iraq. I was awarded the following:
Combat Medic Badge
Bronze Star
Humanitarian Service Medal
Here is the problem I have not as of this date recieved any orders. ARPERCEN is saying that this did not happen. I am looking for anyone who remembers the ceremony. It took place the same day General Swartzkoph was there for the peace talks.

What unit were you with? Who awarded you the medals? Who said they would be forwarded? If it was someone from your unit, do you have contact with any one from your unit still?
