Default Great loss,...

..My friend, and boss, and I are in mourning at present as are so many others tonight, seems his step son took his life by hanging himself earlier, and the toll it's taking is tremendous as his brother found him,...

... no one had any idea why it occured, or why, why does a 22 year young leave all this pain, i got the news yesterday as I returned from the mountian, and have spent the day in that hole that i thought i was in myself a while back, It's not as if life had passed him by at 22, WTF,...

..For Chris,...

...Underneath the Tiger's football score
It said he was only eighteen, a boy about my age
They found him face down on the bedroom floor
They found him face down on his bedroom floor

There'll be services on Friday at the Lawrence Funeral Home
Then out on Mooresville highway, they'll lay him 'neath a stone...

How do you get that lonely, how do you hurt that bad
To make you make the call, that havin' no life at all
Is better than the life that you had
How do you feel so empty, you want to let it all go
How do you get that lonely... and nobody know

Did his girlfriend break up with him, did he buy or steal that gun?
Did he lose a fight with drugs or alcohol?
Did his Mom and Daddy forget to say I love you son?
Did no one see the writing on the wall?

I'm not blamin' anybody, we all do the best we can
I know hindsight's 20/20, but I still don't understand...

How do you get that lonely, how do you hurt that bad
To make you make the call, that havin' no life at all
Is better than the life that you had
How do you feel so empty, you want to let it all go
How do you get that lonely... and nobody know

It was just another story printed on the second page
Underneath the Tiger's football score...

...Amen,...

Such a tragedy and so young ? I don?t know what to say Curtis except, I hope he now has peace and his family finds a way to deal with this.

Curtis...Everything happens for a reason. During my years as a firefighter, I saw similar things many times. We often do not know or understand the why or what for's but everything has a reason. Find peace with this and keep marching.

May he rest in peace.

Curtis,
Comfort to the living, and may the living bury their dead. In the grief process, there comes healing, slowly but inexorably.

Post It is so Sad.

As a pastor I have had to deal with these issues several times.

For some reason they think the world has come to an end. Depression is very hard to understand. Sometimes it makes no sense.

I'm so sorry for the Family's loss and Curtis for your loss.

Keith
