Keith,
I thought that you had quit having these things a long time ago. My 4-year old grand daughter was pretty graphic at telling me just how old I am, so I think I'm going to stop having them too.

I hope that you are having a blast today.

Birthday so far.

Got up and had breakfast. Bowl of shredded wheat with 1% Milk and Splenda. Went on a 12 mile hike up in the mountains. Gained 2,500 ft in elevation. Pretty good for a Senior Citizen! Had an apple for lunch. Came back home and I'm filling tub with hot water, my dogs (feet) are tired and so is the rest of my body.
Two years ago I weighed 308 lbs. Today I weigh 190 lbs. I get a little emotional thinking about it, but it seems like my energy, and self-esteem have been restored. I feel good about myself. I may be 60, that's older than Bob K. and that's really old, but I feel better than when I was 50. My favorite wife is going to take me out to dinner tonight. I think I'll pig out a little after all I am the big six zero.

Thank you all for being my friends. What a great bunch you are!
