A GOOD DECISION: SPOKEPERSON FOR VIETNAMESE PRIME MINISTER

The article in Vietnamese below reported that the Prime minister Phan
Van khai will have a spokeperson playing the same role as Mr Ari
Fleisher for G.W Bush.

I believe that it could be a good decision providing that the VCP will
allow this person to tell the Truth otherwise he will be a Wooden
Tongue robot

A thorough image built up with proper make up for TV , diction lessons
and training in answering impromptu to easy questions.

Difficult questions should be answered from prepared text.


The best way is to prepare this person to go through a talking point

Yeah, yeess. Learn, copy or whatever from the American political system, and
kick China out of the way.

When it happens. I just wonder if Mr El Chino will say Vietnam is the puppet
