However, both agreed to meet for a high-level meeting and they did in Brussels. Both sides made their case. Nothing was really resolved. Lots of words. We won't know just yet. Who will step back or continue to move forward. A little hardball issues unresolved and not going well. Is it a bluff or will we have to tighten the entry gates once more?
