Never thought of it before, but even water affects WOW's and MAM's differently

I woke up two nights in row to Earthquake tremors. They're very small 3.7. However, small they are still alarming. They've hit three times in a week and a half. Experts are thinking there's going to be a sizeable one coming soon. I missed the '89 earth quake due to being in Panama. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I miss the big one.

I've never heard of that. Just from the name of his position, sounds extremely dangerous. What division is he with? Is this his first assignment.
