Va's new agent orange presumptives rule to be published soon

Get ready to write your Congressman/Senator to express your concerns over this issue. Let them know that they had damn well better approve these new changes to the "presumptive" Agent Orange conditions proposed by VA Secretary Shinseki a few months ago.
