Griz,
What's this about you NOT going to see a doctor????? I know you get sick of these health questions, but watsup?? Have they figured anything out since we last spoke? Will try and give you a buzz this weekend.
Packo PS Doc, talked with Griz on the phone.....yep they talk kinda' funny but you can at least understand them, unlike Andy. No intrepretor needed. Pack

When Shirley is at that oncology gathering have her ask about "The Mouse". It's the nickname for a new form of gene splitting chemotherapy. They are using/testing it on a really good friend of mine. If it works as good as they think it will, the word should get out to everyone ASAP.

I'll ask her when she gets home from work. She is fairly up on all the innovations. She's pretty smart, you know. I can't get away with nuttin. Say, have you got to read any of that homegrown Yankee book?

These gene splitters are being developed for different kinds of cancers. They are specific to the cancer gene. They don't kill healthy cells because of this. The challenge is you have to know the gene that mutates for each kind of cancer. That is not known for most yet. One of the first ones to be approved is for a specific type of leukemeia is called Gleevec. The FDA rushed its approval because it showed such promise in trials. They give that one here.
Griz, Chris and Keith, the seminar is for three days and we are staying from the 31st till the 9th of Nov. I told you guys she was smart!

One thing our schedule might be a little looser than you guys. I would hate missing someone due to not being able to come. You guys tell me some dates and times and we can probaly fit our schedule to it. Definiteley bring Joan. Shirley can only take so many "war stories" LOL

Joy..I`m afraid this was a little pre-Micky D...But you KNOW that I strolled the canals a bit. .I haven`t given up on the docs,y`all.Just in a little lull.Been feeling pretty good.
