Psyco Vets Campout II in April ... list ?

They cut off the shrimp season on monday and the last boats will be in on thursday night and friday morning. I am leaving for south Georgia thursday morning to meet one and buy shrimp for the campout. I figure the menu for Friday night the 22nd of April will be Rainbow Trout and My famous Shrimp Gumbo along with some peel and eat. On the way south I am stopping at my hunting lease and putting out a corn feeder for the swamp hogs. Will feed them corn for the month of Feb then hunt them in March. Hopefully we will have a deep pit rosted pig and some fresh smoked hams and bar-b-q ribs for the saturday night feast. Saturday and Sunday mornings will be my world famous WOK cooked breakfast of potatos, remps, onions, hot spiced pork sausage and eggs all flavored with Vietnamese garlic hot sauce.

I strongly recommend you get the latrine working and assign someone to $hit burning detail....That Vietnamese hot sauce works wonders on the ole digestive tract.

Sid...have you done a head count yet? Let me know and since there were no requests...I will just bring along a few blocks of the local extra sharp cheddar and a few smokie cheddar. Good binder and goes down great with beer!

Have extra room if anybody wants to tag along....drywall? Dennis? anyone else from the metro?

I dunno yet if I will be there. It seems like everything has to wait until the last minute right now. Trav, you have no idea how deprived the south is of sausages. We have one kind and it is real good, especially with biscuits and gravy, but MAN: sausage DEPARTMENTS in the supermarkets up there? All those diffetrent wursts? Then you have Andy's real kielbasa.

Got an in to the shrimp boat guys, Will be buying them right off the boat. However, If you can get a grouper or red snapper for fish feast friday that would be great.
