Regarding Stick BEING TOLD TO USE: "Spell Check" by Ron
on Stick's thread about A Ford Plant closing, is certainly a good
example of: "People in glass houses.......................".

After all, and in Ron's very short correcting dig to Stick, he
certainly showed that doesn't know how to spell: "Transfered"
and even the much easier word: "Ment",...AND TWICE-TO-BOOT.

how-the-hell did you manage blocking any further responses
to Stick's Thread,...with your last posting on "His" Thread?

I don?t know why I bother with trying to explain this to you, Hell, Most of the time I can?t even understand what you write.
But. Hear goes.

I wrote a Thread about gas price and stick responded to sticks response I wrote a response, I guess he didn?t like my response so he responded to me (BELOW)


BTW cheepest is misspelled should be cheapest and I do drive BY Citco stations fairly often but I won't "BUY" any gasoline at one of them no matter what they are charging for their gasoline. And I assume that YOUD is intended to be the verbal conjunction of the two words you and would and is properly spelled with an apostrophe where the letters were eliminated from the two words of the conjunction and therefore is properly spelled you'd. Ron, you don't spell very well.

So then Stick started a new thread which is (BELOW)


Sad day in Atlanta
Friday, October 27, 2006, a few thousand people watched their last job roll down the line and when it passed their work area they picked up their stuff and walked out the door for the last time and the Ford Motor Company, Atlanta Assembly Plant went out of the business of building automobiles.

Mom always said "Pride stinks" but I was proud of what I was a part of in the car company. In 1994 I was transfered from Cleveland Engine Plant #1 to Atlanta to bring a process that we had put in place in Cleveland to Atlanta and that process was so good that it had gone Ford, worldwide. The company said on many occasions that if a plant didn't have the TPM, total productive maintanence, total productive management process in place, that plant would NOT get new work. Yesterday Ford made good on that promise in Atlanta.

Two years after I walked into the plant here I was told by the Assistant Plant Manager "Nobody, but nobody is going to come down here from the north and tell Atlanta how to run their business. We've been running this way since 1947 and we're not going to change now" and that is a verbatim quote that I remember vividly to this day and the day he said that to me was the last day that I worked for the car company.

Atlanta today has more than three thousand good people looking for a job that until yesterday were proud of the job that they did and had (past-tense) and "Pride stinks" doncha know.

AND, I pointed out two of his miss spell words in his thread just like he pointed out my miss spelled words.
I wrote the same thing he wrote to me. Which is (BELOW)

If you would first type in Word there would be a little red line under the miss spelled words and Grammar errors.


And then you started a thread and wrote some sentences that make no sense.

And then you accuse me of Blocking a thread, ? I don?t even know what to say to that its so ridiculous.

The reason I went to Stick thread is to point out his miss spelled words, just like he did mine. The reason I came to your thread is to attempt to correct your misgivings and accusations.

You do with this information what ever you wish.

I had to read this three time before I could make something out of it , and frankly it just ain't worth it.
I correct people only after they correct me, My correction is nothing more that to show them how it feels to be corrected by people that have the same faults.

The things I put on hear from TV are for discussion, Kinda what this forum is all about, If everyone hear waited to have an original Idea the Forum would be empty. If you don't feel like taking part in a discussion, just don't. If you feel like putting up what you think is an original idea, go right ahead. I don't read your threads anyway, except for the one with my name in it,

Ron, I would rather be an advocate than be an adversary of anyone on thissite including you. Here we are a special breed and in a fraternity that we can be proud of being members of. Many of us have been shot at and it wasn?t a pleasant feeling when we were in that position. There?s no reason to be shooting at anyone else here and now. Those days are happily behind us.
