Salem PTSD Program In Danger
It now appears, there will be an extension of the "Rally" permit, to include more than one location. At first, the permit was for 30 "Rally" members, to position themselves at the Main gate entrance, on the sidewalk right outside the main gate. However, the response has been so great, that we may need alternate locations. The attire for the "Rally" will be left up to the individual Veterans. The only thing that will be frowned upon, will be T-shirts, or other outerwear that displays vulgarity in any form. The rally will begin at 0700 on April 28, 2003. It is also open to family members of veterans as well. PTSD affects all the family.
