In my opinion, it?s all about image and public opinion and tiz the same with all celebs. It is a very difficult task for Cops and Prosecutors to go after the real person and not be totally blocked by the carefully crafted public image. The core issue is that a lot of people buy into the crafted image and go into denial when faced with the real image and that is a horrendous handicap in the way of proceeding with due process. Jackson has a huge fan club and anyone of them can swear to anything at anytime so that is also a huge impediment as well.

Michael Jackson's nose was about to collapse until cartilage from his ear was used to rebuild it, a surgeon claims.

According to The Sun, German doctor Werner Mang said Wacko?s aides called him and asked for his professional expertise in saving the singer?s nose.

?The nose of Michael Jackson is now fine,? he said. ?But I think he is obsessed with aesthetic surgery, and it?s dangerous for his health and his skin.

The doctor also said a colleague had told him the star had undergone surgery after each album ? not just the two ops as he told Martin Bashir in the infamous TV interview.

The man has a serious problem. So far his money has kept him from going to prison or the mental ward. The average joe blow wouldv'e been lock up years ago.

Ever notice the criminal lawyers are always looking for these famous cases to make the buck - and our State Attorney's - who work for us - keep loosing their cases against the well paid defense. There's something wrong with this picture.

I'm for a fair trials - but not everyone gets the same justice - what should be good for one should be good for all.
