Cool One beefy man on a Harley
On the Brooklyn Bridge, the police had blocked off the lanes normally reserved for cars heading into Manhattan, to make room for the thousands of pedestrians making their way home. Only people on foot or bikes were allowed in--those on motorcycles either pushed their bikes or cruised through the people in low gear. One beefy man on a Harley rumbled past an elderly woman only to stop and offer her a ride. Applause broke out from the pedestrians as the woman--who was obviously having a hard time walking--accepted and climbed over the saddlebags.
