West Point was founded in the year 1802 and its first graduate was a gentleman by the name of “Joseph Gardiner Swift!”

Known as “The Black Knights of The Hudson”, this military institution of learning was originally a major source of graduates/second lieutenants until the foundation of The Air Force Academy in 1955 and most of the cadets are admitted thru “Through the Congressional Appointment System!”

The Curriculum at ‘West Point’ is mostly Science and Engineering – and among its graduates can be numbered “Two American Presidents and 4 (Four) Heads of State!” Also, there are 20 Astronauts, 76 Medal of Honor Recipients, 70 Rhodes Scholars, and even Three Heisman Trophy Winners, among its many other note-worthy grads over the years!
Yes indeed, “The Military Academy at West Point” has done its damndest to educate and to turn-out many of “Our Nation’s Finest Military Leaders” over the past two centuries plus – and well into the future as well, I am sure!

“A GENUINE SOURCE OF PRIDE, LEADERSHIP and DIGNITY !!”

*And for the record, even the illustrious and great “Confederate General Robert E. Lee, of Civil War fame, also once served as “A Superintendent at West Point!!”
