(EXCERPT) A former US army medical technician says a unit known as Tiger Force, killed an average of three Vietnamese a day during an operation in the Vietnam war. In an interview with Reuters Television, former medic, Rion Causey, cited the My Lai massacre, in which hundreds of Vietnamese civilians were killed in one day. Mr Causey say...
