?Terrorism is an international calamity of indescribable proportions!? And those who engage in it are, purely and simply - ?MONSTERS!!?

Better than 14 months have passed since that ?9/11 Holocaust of Insanity? claimed almost three thousand lives in New York City, Washington DC and Pennsylvania! And yet, according to today?s ?New York Times News Service?, the need for urgent and total co-operation still exists (and may not be at it?s full potential) in fighting terrorism!

?Is there, in fact, an unnecessary rift between our various law enforcement and intelligence networks?? This is energy and resources that should (an must) be directed and focused at our common enemies, but instead, some of it is still being misdirected, back and forth, between the various agencies themselves, including the CIA & FBI! ?AND THIS MUST CEASE IMMEDIATELY, at least as concerns terrorism!!?

?Hey, enough is enough people!!? You are far too good, much too talented, and way to brave and dedicated, to play by the other guy?s vested rules of engagement! And although there is more than enough blame to circle the Capitol several times over for being (at least partially) caught with your britches (or bloomers) down around your ankles, let?s quite the caterwauling, buck-passing, and self-sympathy! You have a job to do, and people depend (with their lives) upon how that labor is performed! ?So let?s get with the program, it is after all, your responsibility. ?You wanted Homeland Security, now make it work without tromping all over Tom Jefferson?s bunions!? (Get my message?)

So find these terrorist bums, try these terrorist bums, and eliminate these terrorist bums! They are, in my opinion, no different than any other international band of thugs, butchers and extortionists. The way that things now stand, they are being allowed to control the focus, keeping it aimed at our turned backs. Don?t we have any Teddy Roosevelts left, or even Elliot Ness types - at least the movie version! The best defense is, after all, a damned good and ever pressing offense! ?Throw the punches, don?t merely roll with them!!?

Can you imagine what would have happened had MacArthur settled in for the duration in the Philippines, or if Patton would have stopped short at the Rhine? And how about a scenario where General (Sir) Bernard Law Montgomery would have squatted-down for a picnic at El Alamein, instead of driving into the teeth of the ?Desert Fox (Erwin Rommel), a damned good general (Field Marshal) by anybody?s definition of the word!?

So here we are again, same book-different cover. Only in this book, it is not the OSS or it?s British counterpart assuming the role of ?Spy v Spy?, but rather, the far more highly trained super-agents of the Twenty-First Century that now let it all hang out, computer, 9mm, spy kit, and balls included!

This is indeed a new game, and just like ?Stormin Norman and Desert Storm did in Gulf War I? (1991), we must be prepared to use every last gadget and gizmo at our command! ?For war is not, after all, fair, but the thought and consequences of losing one is even far less palatable! So lets permit the other guy to feast upon the shit and goo of his own making! He has, after all, already had a heaping helping, and is standing in line again, begged for seconds! This meal, however, may not be as warm and palatable as it was the first time around, but then revenge (for 9/11) will indeed be a dish best served-up cold!
