Those tunnels were, ah, interesting. I too take my hat off, if I was wearing one, to Charles for digging not only the tunnels but the thousands of spider holes with overhead cover. Glad the kids in the Navy got to have a look. Not sure what I think of the guy who had his photo taken on top of the destroyed M-48, it is a grave.

Frisco, your not the only one who got something for your marksmanship. I got to be a target! Tracers are like that but you know.

James, a trip to V.N. was good for you and I'm happy you and Frisco enjoyed it. Going to the Wall is a good thing for some people too. However, one size does not fit all. Think I'd rather view a Mech Infantry unit doing the war game thing.

Always wondered how those guys were able to show up inside the perimeter pretty much whenever they took a notion.Just as glad I didn't know that several thousand of their closest friends were directly beneath my boot soles.Might of made it hard to sleep.

Let me get this straight...these days they'll not only show you where their holes are but they'll rent you a weapon and sell ya ammo?How about grenades?Will they hold still or do they run around to keep it interesting?
