State lawmakers try to limit ruling on property seizure

SACRAMENTO - A group of California lawmakers is trying to block the impact of last month's U.S. Supreme Court ruling that expanded the government's power to seize private property, a decision that was swiftly criticized by groups across the political spectrum.

In the unlikely event that you haven?t noticed, many of the Constitutional Rights, morality, equality, and self-determination, that you have long taken for granted, are being butchered out of existence, the above being but a single example!!

Just think about it for a moment - minus the media brainwashing, political spin and the governmental denials that are (as usual) being veiled in cheshire smiles! Consider the laws and rights that have been weakened or totally eliminated - and this in favor of the perverse, the vested, the well connected, and the ?Let Them Eat Cake Analogy of Lies? that many of you now erroneously accept as pure fact!?

The seizure of private property, once outlawed because the British also practiced this assault against our sovereign rights, is but a single step (not the first) in the (possibly) total destruction of all that we spent over two centuries to build!

Keep giving up your rights and responsibilities without a whimper, and I guarantee you, that soon you will not even have the right or ability to legally protest these attacks against your kid?s future and heritage!!!!

There are now those who would take the "Patriot" out of "PATRIOT FILES" I fear! ?SO I ASK YOU, WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH US ALL, THAT WE CONTINUE TO ALLOW THIS ASSAULT AGAINST ALL THAT OUR FOUNDERS FOUGHT TO SECURE??
