Default Long time gone...

but I'm back again. Been really busy the past several months, what with this retirement and such. Been traveling, doing the "honey-do's", playing golf and just doing nothing when I felt like it.
Now I find myself getting a little bored. It was always my goal to be able to retire by age 55, but I have now discovered that I'm too young to retire. I miss the fulfillment and fellowship that comes from working with a group of good folks.
I've gone to school and gotten my Insurance Adjusters license and am now looking to put it to use. I'm also pursuing a property inspection license, both residential and commercial. Maybe in another 10 or 15 years I'll be ready to really retire. In the meantime, look out world, I'm baaacck !!

Thumbs up

Welcome back ! Sounds like you got it going good again.. I figure they will find my body slumped over my desk , choked on a can of Alpo when I am 78. Go over to Sugar Land and harass 39mto39g ( Ron) before you get to busy. Welcome back and welcome home

Default Ron,

I live in the Tomball / Magnolia area (far NW are towards Conroe). My wife works in the Sugarland area and has to make that 50 mile one-way trip each day. What part of Sugarland are you located in ? I'm somewhat familiar with the area, as I used to have to drive out to TI every day or so. Also, my sister lives in the Sugarland / Missouri City area.
A lunch-time meeting would be good for me. Just let me know when it's convenient for you and where you'd like to meet. I'm good for just about anything except Sushi (I don't eat bait !).
