THey want help but also want to control it?
I'd be surprised if the Canadians will agree to part of that request. If they work together and the Canadians are in the mist of the killing fields they will have to call their own shots. Training is one thing we understand - but we also know that eventually we end up fighting the battles. Hope to see a follow up on this Canadian reaction.
