Russia Defends Move to Ban Missile Sale to Iran

BEIJING - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Sept. 27 defended Moscow's refusal to supply Iran with S-300 air defense missiles, saying such a sale would violate U.N. Security Council sanctions.
